Fort Lauderdale United Flag Football

WE DEVELOP PEOPLE.
NOT JUST PLAYERS.

To develop better flag football players,

We develop better people first. We use the game to teach leadership, discipline, accountability, confidence, preparation, communication, teamwork, service, and character — because football is one of the greatest classrooms ever created, and the lessons learned on the field prepare kids for everything after it.

TALENT STARTS YOU.
WORK FINISHES YOU.

Most programs ask, "How good are you?"
We ask, "How good are you willing to become?"

Talent determines where a player starts. Work determines where a player finishes. Small daily victories, repeated consistently, over time — that’s what produces extraordinary results. Work wins.

NOT FOR EVERYONE.
FOR EVERYONE WILLING.

Our standards challenge people — that’s the point, not an accident. We’re patient enough to work with anyone and committed enough to help everyone, but every athlete here is expected to embrace growth. Effort, accountability, preparation, character, leadership, discipline: all of it matters, all of the time.

OUR VALUES

Speed over size

Flag football rewards footwork, vision, and effort — not measurables.

Everyone plays

We don't bench kids. Development happens on the field, not the sideline.

Coach the game

Our coaches teach concepts, not just plays. Players leave smarter.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Our programs cover ages 5 through 18 across camps, youth co-ed, and the high-school FTL Flag League.

All league games are on the Nova Southeastern University campus, 3301 College Avenue, Davie, FL 33314.

Yes. There’s no tackling, no pads, and no helmets. Plays end when a defender pulls the ball-carrier’s flag.

Both. The FTL Flag League accepts complete teams and free agents — we’ll place free agents on a roster.

Girls high-school plays in the fall. Boys high-school plays in the spring. Youth co-ed runs year-round, with camps and clinics seasonally.

Head to the Contact page, tell us about your athlete, and we’ll point you to the right program and next steps.
