To develop better flag football players, we develop better people first. We use the game to teach leadership, discipline, accountability, confidence, preparation, communication, teamwork, service, and character — because football is one of the greatest classrooms ever created, and the lessons learned on the field prepare kids for everything after it.

What ages can play?

Our programs cover ages 5 through 18 across camps, youth co-ed, and the high-school FTL Flag League.
Where are games played?

All league games are on the Nova Southeastern University campus, 3301 College Avenue, Davie, FL 33314.
Is flag football safe?
+
Yes. There's no tackling, no pads, and no helmets. Plays end when a defender pulls the ball-carrier's flag.
Can free agents join, or only full teams?

Both. The FTL Flag League accepts complete teams and free agents — we'll place free agents on a roster.
When do seasons run?
+
Girls high-school plays in the fall. Boys high-school plays in the spring. Youth co-ed runs year-round, with camps and clinics seasonally.
